Soft and cozy, brushed sweater knit fabric.  Relatively light weight for a sweater knit - so great for turtleneck tops and tees too. 

The fabric would work well with patterns such as the Mile End Sweater , a Briar Sweater/Tee  or Rise and Fall turtle neck top.
